Materials

Here are the pieces you will need for the games, and where you can find them.  If you want us to fabricate the materials for you, contact us.  (But part of the fun can be in making the game yourself)
***A special note***
some of the materials can be substituted, if you are on a budget.


Ninjas: 12-16 ninjas per team
I bought ours from Amazon.
Each pack cost $5 with free shipping.  I needed 4 to 5 packs to get enough of the colors I wanted.  The cool thing is, I have enough ninjas to make three more 2-player sets for friends or others online.  Or you could paint them and just buy one pack.
Substitute:  Use checker pieces!  

Playing Cards:  one pack per team
I got mine at a department store.  Where can't you buy cards?  But if you want "Ninja" playing cards, keep posted... we might find an online outlet that lets you print your own playing cards.

Dice:  5 Dice
I bought 5 dice from an import store that were in blue, then used yellow sharpie to color the white dots the other teams color. 

Dojos: 1 colored dojo per team

Terrain Hexagons:  You will need 4 Forest, 4 Grassland, 4 Rock, and 7 water hexagons.
Download the images free!  Print the front and cut them out if you just want to use paper... or Print out a front and back for each sheet, and adhere it to matting board using adhesive spray.
Substitute: Glue/tape the paper print-outs to cereal boxes!
